We don’t currently offer a separate review-only service, so we kindly ask that you only send cards you’ve already pre-screened and are confident you’d like prepped to present as well as possible.

That said, we understand things slip through the cracks, so if we come across any cards with more than the usual wear or issues during the prep process, we may, at our discretion, reach out to you before moving forward. If you choose not to proceed with prepon those cards, a $3 “Review and Handling Fee” per card will apply.

No. While our service can improve a card’s chances of earning a high grade, grading is ultimately done by third-party companies like PSA, BGS, and CGC.

While we are experts at reviewing, preparing and cleaning your trading cards to make them present as well as possible, due to the subjective nature of grading we do not guarantee grades or results.

While we don’t authenticate autos ourselves, we can prep items for submission to authenticators like JSA or PSA/DNA.

Most carriers (like USPS, UPS, and FedEx) do not cover collectibles under their standard insurance policies. That’s why we offer optional shipping insurance through Shopify’s partnership with Shipsurance, covering up to $5,000.

Just choose the coverage tier at checkout that best matches your package’s value.

If you decline insurance or have packages regularly exceeding $5,000 in value, we strongly recommend having your own collectibles policy for full protection.
