Damages and issues to Desk Mats
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  All mat orders are considered personalized, final sale items and are not eligible to be returned or exchanged.  If received defective or damaged items, please contact us for a replacement.

Card Prep
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns and do not offer refunds on any card prep services. Please see our terms of service on our website
